Don't sit back and wait for the merger decree. Act now and fight against these illogical decisions by the bishop.

I want to share with you this editorial from the July 13, 2008 edition of the Courier Post. I think it's a great article and it makes a reference to St. Vincent Palliotti Church.

St. Vincent Pallotti is a great church. My son went to school at Paul VI High School, which shares a parking lot with SVP. SVP has always been welcoming and accomodating to the high school students. They allow the students to celebrate Masses and the Sacrament of Reconciliation in their church. SVP plays an important role in the spiritual development in these high school students.

Welcome to members of concerned parishes. Join the fight to preserve the spiritual and temporal well being of our parish communities.
Each parish must address your own particular situation, but we also have strength in numbers in our unified efforts.
Good luck as we move forward in a respectful but determined direction.

The Council of Parishes of Southern NJ formed in May 08 in opposition to the elimination of half the churches in the Diocese of Camden.
